TLP-Navigator Training and certification

Regular use of the TLP-Navigator model and tools requires that you complete the seminar that leads to certification. This seminar is intended for HR professionals (consultants, coaches, trainers) as well as academics with a background in humanities (sociology of organizations, psychology, political economy).

 

There are 2 levels of TLP-Navigator certification:

  • TLP-Navigator I certification: knowledge and use of the model and tools (3 days)
  • TLP-Navigator II certification: facilitation techniques in personal and managerial development (1 day)

 

The names of the certified consultant and of his company appear at the foot of the profiles that he/she produces.

 

Inter-companies trainings take place every 3 months.

Certification TLP-Navigator I

The TLP-Navigator I certified member is authorized to use the TLP-Navigator model and tools in their orientation and job mobility tasks, in their personal, leadership and team development activities. He/she becomes part of the TLP-Navigator network.

 

As such he/she benefits from

  • personalized access to the TLP website where they can independently produce the profiles (Talents, 360° and Job Priorities) on behalf of their company,
  • discounted prices on profiles and materials,
  • updates on TLP-Navigator developments,
  • professional support from experts when they embark on the programme for the first time.

Duration: 3 days

Certification TLP-Navigator II

Facilitating seminars on self-knowledge and personal development, using the body, the voice, the space and actions in relation to others.

 

The Level II Certification – which must be preceded by the Certification Level I so that individuals already have experience of the Talents profiles – challenges TLP-Navigator consultants to experiment with behavioural and relational practices likely to boost their personal and managerial development sessions.

 

Level II responds to the desire of consultants to take more physical, practical and creative approaches, and of the participants to be able to exercise and experience things in an existential and not just intellectual way.
